Imtiaz or Taz as he is often known to clients and friends, concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, trust drafting, advisory, and administration, and tax law.
Imtiaz honed his trust and estate techniques at a major trust company where he served the institution's ultra high net worth clients in areas of trusts and estates with a focus on grantor trusts, Charitable Remainder Trusts, Charitable Lead Trusts, Delaware Dynasty Trusts, and estate, gift and generation skipping tax issues for trustees and clients.
Imtiaz also serves out outside counsel to numerous health care organizations which keeps him updated and engaged in the field of medicine and dentistry. His unique background in science, biotechnology and intellectual property enables him to better understand multi-layered problems that interconnect different facets of a client's personal life or business.
Imtiaz founded and managed Hasan Law Offices from 2010 through 2018 where he and the firm specialized in health and wealth law. Imtiaz also founded Physicians Planning Group LLC in 2012 which provided tax and advisory services to physicians throughout the United States.
